Findlay Grace Brethren Church has a long tradition of being a bible-believing, gospel-centered church. For many generations the motto has been, “The bible, the whole bible, and nothing but the bible.” The ministries at FGBC are focused on the proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ in accordance with the testimony of holy scripture.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
THE BIBLE
The Bible is the inerrant and infallible Word of God. God has inspired authors throughought time who record events, teachings, and prophecies that reveal God and His plans for the world.
GOD
The supernatural, uncaused, Creator of the Universe. He made everything, He owns everything, and He has determined, by His wisdom, what is good and evil.
The Bible reveals that God is One Being and Three Persons. This is known as the Trinity. The Trinity is defined as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
The three are distinct. The three are personal. The three are One and the same God. Ultimately, the Trinity is a mystery and cannot be fully understood through human reasoning.
JESUS
Jesus is God the Son or, as He is commonly referred to in Scripture, God’s Son. He was prophesied through the Old Testament, born of a Virgin, lived a sinless life, died to pay for the sins of humanity, came back from the dead, and ascended to heaven where He is seated at the right hand of the Father. The Bible teaches that He will return one day to establish His kingdom on earth.
